These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in any services, subscriptions, consulting, websites, advertising campaigns, or marketing programs provided by Psychotherapy Growth (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, or continuing to use any Psychotherapy Growth service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Psychotherapy Growth provides digital marketing and growth services primarily for psychotherapists, therapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals.

Services may include:

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Paid advertising management
• Website design and development
• Landing page creation
• Analytics and conversion tracking
• Strategic consulting
• Reputation and visibility optimization

Services may be delivered through:

• Legacy services
• Active standalone services
• Bundled growth plans
• Subscription-based programs

2. Description of Services

2.1 Legacy Services

Certain legacy services may remain active for existing clients but are no longer offered publicly to new clients.

Rank Growth

Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization services focused on improving local visibility and rankings.

SEO Growth

Search engine optimization services focused on improving organic website visibility.

2.2 Active Standalone Services

Ads Growth

Psychotherapy Growth may offer multiple paid advertising service tiers including but not limited to:

Search Starter Pro

Focused on launching and managing foundational Google Search advertising campaigns.

May include:

• Keyword research
• Ad copywriting
• Basic conversion tracking
• Search campaign setup
• Google Analytics integration

LeadFlow Pro

Focused on maximizing qualified lead generation through advanced Google Ads systems and conversion tracking.

May include:

• Advanced keyword research
• Search and call campaigns
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Analytics integration
• Conversion tracking setup
• Performance reporting
• Optional call tracking integrations

Complete Ads Growth

Focused on full-funnel advertising strategies across multiple Google advertising channels.

May include:

• Google Search campaigns
• Performance Max campaigns
• YouTube advertising
• Retargeting campaigns
• Landing page setup
• Google Business Profile integration
• Reporting and analytics setup
• Dedicated ad management

Advertising performance depends on external factors including competition, geographic targeting, budgets, market conditions, and advertising platform policies.

Advertising budgets are separate from management fees unless otherwise stated.

WebGrowth

Website design and development services.

Psychotherapy Growth may offer multiple website development tiers including but not limited to:

Starter

Typically includes:

• 3 to 5 pages
• Mobile-friendly responsive design
• Contact form integration
• Google Maps setup
• Stock images
• XML sitemap
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions

Professional

Typically includes:

• 5 to 10 pages
• Responsive website development
• Content writing
• Google Analytics setup
• XML sitemap
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions

Elite

Typically includes:

• 10 to 20 pages
• Advanced website development
• Content writing
• Google Analytics setup
• Social media integration
• Mailing list integrations
• One-time SEO optimization
• Up to 3 rounds of revisions

Website packages may vary depending on project scope, requested functionality, client responsiveness, and revision requests.

Additional revisions, integrations, pages, functionality requests, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Once a website is delivered and approved, additional revisions, updates, maintenance, or ongoing edits may require an active subscription or additional charges.

2.3 Bundled Growth Plans

Psychotherapy Growth may offer bundled service plans that combine various marketing systems and services.

Local Practice Growth

Focused on improving local visibility and Google Business Profile rankings.

Online Practice Growth

Focused on improving website rankings and attracting online clients through SEO and visibility strategies.

Practice Growth Pro

A combined strategy that may include local SEO, website SEO, advertising systems, and other growth services.

Deliverables and scope may vary depending on the selected plan and ongoing optimization strategy.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid payment information remains on file.

Pricing may vary depending on:

• Selected plan
• Scope of work
• Legacy pricing agreements
• Promotional offers

Typical pricing may include:

• Local Practice Growth: $399/month
• Online Practice Growth: $499/month
• Practice Growth Pro: $899/month

Website pricing may include:

• Starter: $750
• Professional: $1,599
• Elite: $2,999

Ads Growth pricing may include:

• Search Starter Pro: $399/month
• LeadFlow Pro: $599/month
• Complete Ads Growth: $899/month

Setup or onboarding fees may apply depending on the selected service or promotional agreement.

Setup and Onboarding Fees

Setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, configuration fees, and similar one-time charges are earned upon commencement of work.

Setup and onboarding services may include:

• Account configuration
• Research and strategy development
• Technical setup
• Tracking implementation
• Website audits
• SEO audits
• Competitor analysis
• Advertising account preparation
• Project planning
• Internal team onboarding

Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of:

• Project cancellation
• Client inactivity
• Delayed approvals
• Delayed implementation
• Change of business circumstances
• Early termination

Where a setup or onboarding fee is waived as part of a promotional offer, Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to revoke the waiver and invoice the standard setup fee if the client:

• Requests cancellation during a required commitment period
• Initiates a chargeback or payment dispute
• Fails to complete the requirements of the promotional offer
• Terminates services before fulfillment of the promotional commitment

Any waived setup fee is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable promotional commitment period. If the promotional commitment is not completed, the waived setup fee becomes immediately due and payable.

4. No Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Cancellation stops future billing and does not affect completed or active work already delivered

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. No Performance Guarantees

Psychotherapy Growth does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Google Business Profile placement
• Website traffic
• Leads or conversions
• Advertising performance
• Revenue growth
• Business outcomes

All services are based on proven marketing strategies and best practices. However, results depend on many external factors outside our control including:

• Competition
• Geographic market conditions
• Client responsiveness
• Advertising budgets
• Platform algorithm changes
• Industry trends

By using our services, you acknowledge that results may vary.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Provide requested access credentials promptly
• Respond to requests and approvals in a timely manner
• Maintain consistent business information across platforms
• Provide requested content, materials, and approvals when necessary

Psychotherapy Growth is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by:

• Client inactivity
• Delayed approvals
• Missing access credentials
• Missing content or assets
• Third-party platform issues
• Third-party software outages
• Failure to implement recommended changes

Clients should not engage multiple providers simultaneously for the same service scope, as this may negatively impact performance.

Client Cooperation and Performance Factors

Clients acknowledge that the effectiveness of SEO, advertising, website optimization, local ranking services, and other marketing services may be affected by factors outside the control of Psychotherapy Growth, including but not limited to:

• Delayed approvals
• Delayed communication
• Failure to provide requested access
• Failure to provide requested content or assets
• Failure to implement recommended changes
• Website platform limitations
• Third-party software restrictions
• Competition and market conditions
• Geographic limitations
• Industry-specific competition
• Simultaneous engagement of multiple providers for the same service scope

Psychotherapy Growth shall not be responsible for performance limitations, delays, reduced effectiveness, or missed opportunities resulting from these factors.

Reporting and Communication

Psychotherapy Growth may provide periodic reports, updates, recommendations, or communications regarding services.

Clients are responsible for reviewing communications and raising concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

Failure to review reports, respond to requests, or implement recommendations does not constitute non-performance by Psychotherapy Growth.

7. Advertising Platform Policies

Psychotherapy Growth is not responsible for:

• Ad account suspensions
• Advertising platform policy violations
• Platform algorithm changes
• Advertising performance fluctuations
• Third-party software outages

Advertising budgets are separate from management fees unless otherwise agreed.

8. Website Delivery Terms

Website timelines depend on:

• Client responsiveness
• Content delivery
• Approval timelines

Once a website is delivered and approved:

• Additional revisions may require additional fees
• Ongoing updates are not included unless part of an active service plan

Psychotherapy Growth retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Platform Limitations

Psychotherapy Growth may provide services on websites and platforms operated by third parties, including but not limited to Jane App, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress hosting providers, GoDaddy, and similar platforms.

Clients acknowledge that such platforms may impose technical limitations that restrict certain SEO, design, functionality, tracking, speed optimization, conversion tracking, reporting, integrations, or ranking capabilities.

Psychotherapy Growth shall not be responsible for limitations, restrictions, outages, policy changes, functionality changes, or ranking limitations resulting from third-party platforms.

Website Ownership and Access

Clients retain ownership of their website content and assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access to domain registrars, hosting accounts, website platforms, email systems, and other third-party services.

Psychotherapy Growth shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by loss of access, expired subscriptions, hosting issues, domain issues, third-party account restrictions, or website platform limitations.

Website Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Website projects require active participation from clients, including timely communication, approvals, content submission, feedback, and access credentials.

Clients are expected to provide requested content, approvals, revisions, and feedback within fourteen (14) days of a request from Psychotherapy Growth.

If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, content, approvals, or feedback for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, Psychotherapy Growth may place the project on hold.

If a project remains on hold for more than sixty (60) consecutive days due to client inactivity, delayed approvals, missing content, or lack of communication, the project may be deemed abandoned at the sole discretion of Psychotherapy Growth.

Upon abandonment:

• The project may be closed
• Remaining work may be cancelled
  
• Any fees previously paid shall remain non-refundable
• Any promotional website offer may be forfeited
• Psychotherapy Growth shall have no obligation to continue work on the project

Clients requesting to restart an abandoned project may be required to:

• Pay a project reactivation fee
• Pay updated pricing
• Enter into a new agreement
• Rejoin the project queue

Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to prioritize active projects and clients who provide timely feedback, approvals, and content.

Promotional Website Offers

From time to time, Psychotherapy Growth may offer complimentary website design and development services as part of a promotional offer, bundled package, prepaid plan, quarterly commitment, annual commitment, or other marketing promotion.

Where a complimentary website is provided, the website is offered solely as part of the qualifying promotion and has no separate cash value.

Free website offers may require a prepaid commitment period as specified in the applicable promotion.

If a client requests cancellation, chargeback, refund, payment dispute, early termination, or otherwise fails to complete the required promotional commitment period, Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to immediately invoice the client for the standard website development fee at the then-current rate.

Any promotional discounts associated with the offer may also be revoked.

Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to suspend website work, withhold transfer of website assets, or delay project completion until outstanding balances are paid in full.

Promotional website offers may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time for future clients.

Complimentary Website Offer

Where a complimentary website is provided as part of a promotional offer, the following scope shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Included:

• Up to five (5) standard pages
• Mobile-responsive design
• Contact form integration
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• Google Maps integration (where applicable)
• Basic image optimization
• Website launch assistance

Client must provide:

• Written content
• Images and branding assets
• Business information
• Required approvals

The complimentary website offer does not include:

• Custom web applications
• Membership portals
• E-commerce functionality
• Advanced booking systems
• Custom software integrations
• Custom coding beyond standard functionality
• Logo design
• Copywriting services
• Ongoing maintenance
• Ongoing website edits after launch

Standard pages include Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional content page. Additional service pages, location pages, blog migrations, or custom pages may require additional fees.

Website Ownership and Transfer

Ownership of the website shall transfer to the client upon:

• Completion of the website project
• Payment of all outstanding balances
  
• Satisfaction of any applicable promotional commitment requirements

Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to withhold website transfer, website files, website credentials, or website migration assistance until all outstanding obligations have been fulfilled.

Revisions:

• Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included
• Additional revisions may be billed at Psychotherapy Growth’s standard rates
• Revisions must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery of each revision round.
• Failure to provide revision requests within fourteen (14) days shall constitute approval of the work delivered.

Additional Pages:

• Pages beyond the included five (5) pages may be subject to additional fees
• Additional pages requested after project commencement may require additional fees and may affect project timelines.

Timeline:

• Website projects require timely client participation
• Psychotherapy Growth is not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity, delayed approvals, missing content, or missing access credentials

Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to determine whether requested functionality falls within the scope of the complimentary website offer.

Complimentary website projects must be completed within ninety (90) days of commencement. Failure by the client to provide required content, approvals, or feedback within this period may result in termination of the promotional website offer.

• Complimentary website projects are intended to be completed within ninety (90) days of project commencement.
• Failure by the client to provide required content, approvals, feedback, access credentials, or communication within this period may result in termination of the complimentary website offer at the sole discretion of Psychotherapy Growth.
• Psychotherapy Growth shall have no obligation to continue or restart a terminated complimentary website project.

9. Cancellation Policy

To cancel services, clients must email:
support@psychotherapygrowth.com

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.

No refunds are issued for:

• Previous payments
• Partial billing cycles
• Completed work

Completed assets remain the client’s property unless otherwise specified.

Completed Work and Active Work

Cancellation of services prevents future billing only.

Cancellation does not reverse charges for:

• Work already completed
• Work currently in progress
• Assets already delivered
• Reports already delivered
• Consulting services already provided
• Advertising setup work already performed
• Website development work already completed

All fees earned prior to cancellation remain due and payable.

10. Legacy Plans and Guarantees

Certain existing clients may remain on legacy plans, pricing structures, promotions, or guarantees that were available at the time of enrollment.

Any previous guarantees:

• Apply only to clients originally enrolled under those terms
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be reactivated once cancelled, modified, upgraded, or replaced
• Do not apply to new clients

Where a legacy guarantee applies, the sole remedy shall be additional service time or service credits, as determined by Psychotherapy Growth.

Legacy guarantees do not entitle clients to:

• Cash refunds
• Monetary compensation
• Lost revenue claims
• Consequential damages
• Indefinite free services
• Perpetual service extensions

Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to determine the duration, scope, eligibility requirements, and form of any service credit or additional service time provided under a legacy guarantee.

Psychotherapy Growth no longer offers performance-based guarantees for new clients.

11. Service Evolution

Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing
• Rename services
• Restructure plans
• Bundle services differently
• Change deliverables

Changes apply to new clients unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

Psychotherapy Growth is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Revenue declines
• Platform outages
• Advertising performance
• Ranking fluctuations
• Third-party software failures

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client during the previous three (3) months of service.

Client Results Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that marketing, SEO, advertising, website optimization, local ranking strategies, consulting services, and lead generation activities are influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of Psychotherapy Growth.

Past performance, case studies, testimonials, examples, projections, forecasts, estimates, or previous client results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Any examples provided by Psychotherapy Growth are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or assurances of specific results.

Results may vary significantly between clients depending on market conditions, competition, budget, location, responsiveness, and other external factors.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Psychotherapy Growth.

Clients must contact:

before initiating any dispute.

Clients acknowledge that:

• Services are intangible and begin shortly after purchase
• Payments are non-refundable once services begin
• Chargebacks without valid cause may constitute a breach of these Terms

If a chargeback or dispute occurs:

• Services may be suspended immediately
• Outstanding balances may remain due
• Evidence of service delivery may be submitted to the payment processor

Clients agree to reimburse any associated fees, costs, or damages resulting from invalid disputes.

Service Evidence

Clients acknowledge that Psychotherapy Growth may maintain records including:

• Emails
• Reports
  
• Website deliverables
• SEO deliverables
• Advertising deliverables
• Call recordings
• Meeting records
• Project management records
• Client communications

Such records may be used as evidence of service delivery in the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, legal proceeding, collection matter, or other dispute.

14. Collections and Recovery of Funds

If payments are unpaid, reversed, or disputed without valid cause, Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to recover the amount owed.

Recovery efforts may include:

• Third-party collections agencies
• Legal action
• Administrative recovery processes

Clients may be responsible for:

• Outstanding balances
• Collection costs
• Legal fees
• Administrative expenses

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any legal proceedings or arbitration shall take place in Ontario, Canada.

The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

16. Modifications

Psychotherapy Growth may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
