Psychotherapy Growth Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in any services, programs, subscriptions, or consulting provided by Psychotherapy Growth (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, or continuing to use any Psychotherapy Growth service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Psychotherapy Growth provides digital marketing and growth services tailored for psychotherapists, therapists, and mental health professionals.

Services may include:

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Paid advertising management
• Website design and development
• Conversion optimization
• Analytics and tracking setup
• Strategic consulting

Services are delivered through:

• Legacy service offerings
• Active standalone services
• Bundled service plans

2. Description of Services

2.1 Legacy Services

These services are no longer offered to new clients but may remain active for existing clients.

Rank Growth

Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization services intended to improve local visibility.

SEO Growth

Search engine optimization services focused on improving organic visibility.

2.2 Active Standalone Services

These services are currently offered independently or alongside bundled plans.

Ads Growth

Paid advertising services such as Google Ads and YouTube Ads.

May include:

• Campaign setup and optimization
• Keyword research
• Ad copywriting
• Conversion tracking configuration
• Performance reporting

Advertising performance depends on external factors including competition, budgets, and platform policies.

WebGrowth

Website design and development services.

May include:

• Custom design
• Frontend development
• Content integration
• Analytics setup
• Basic SEO setup

Once a website is delivered and approved, any additional changes or updates are considered ongoing services and may require an active subscription or additional fees.

2.3 Service Plans (Bundled Offers)

Psychotherapy Growth offers bundled service plans designed to align with specific growth objectives.

Local Practice Growth

Focused on improving local visibility and Google Business Profile rankings.

Online Practice Growth

Focused on improving website visibility and attracting online clients.

Practice Growth Pro

A combined strategy including both local and online growth systems.

Plan Structure Clarification

Bundled plans may include elements from Ads Growth, WebGrowth, and other services depending on strategy and scope.

Deliverables may vary based on plan selection and ongoing optimization.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance via Stripe or an approved payment processor.

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically
• Must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle

Pricing:

• Existing clients may remain on legacy pricing
• New clients will be enrolled in current pricing unless otherwise agreed

Typical pricing includes:

• Local Practice Growth: $499/month
• Online Practice Growth: $699/month
• Practice Growth Pro: $999/month

Onboarding or setup fees may apply.

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services have started.

This includes:

• Subscription fees
• Setup/onboarding fees

Payments are considered compensation for time, expertise, and resource allocation.

Cancellation stops future billing only.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

4. No Performance Guarantees

Psychotherapy Growth does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Search engine rankings
• Google Business Profile placement
• Website traffic
• Lead volume or conversions
• Revenue or business growth

All services are based on proven strategies and best practices. However, results depend on factors outside our control, including:

• Market competition
• Geographic location
• Client responsiveness
• Platform algorithm changes
• Budget and economic conditions

By using our services, you acknowledge that results may vary.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Provide required access credentials promptly
• Respond to approvals and requests in a timely manner
• Maintain consistent business details across platforms

You should not engage multiple providers for the same service scope simultaneously, as this may negatively impact performance.

Psychotherapy Growth is not responsible for performance limitations caused by delays, lack of cooperation, or client-side decisions.

Services may be delivered using a combination of manual work, automation tools, and standardized systems.

6. Advertising Platform Policies

Psychotherapy Growth is not responsible for:

• Ad account suspensions
• Policy violations related to client content
• Platform algorithm changes
• Performance fluctuations

Advertising budgets are separate from service fees unless explicitly stated.

7. Website Delivery Terms

Website timelines depend on client responsiveness and approvals.

Once a website is delivered and approved:

• Additional updates are not included
• Ongoing changes require an active service plan or additional fees

8. Cancellation Policy

To cancel services:

• Email support@psychotherapygrowth.com
• Provide at least 7 days notice before the next billing date

No refunds are issued for:

• Past payments
• Partial billing cycles

Completed work remains the client’s property but will no longer be maintained after cancellation.

9. Legacy Plans and Guarantees

Certain clients may be enrolled in legacy service plans (including Rank Growth) that may have previously included performance-based guarantees.

These guarantees:

• Apply only to clients who originally purchased those plans while such guarantees were active
• Are non-transferable
• Are not available to new clients
• Cannot be reactivated once cancelled, paused, or changed

Psychotherapy Growth no longer offers performance-based guarantees on any services or plans.

Any prior guarantees are honored only under the original agreement for existing clients.

10. Service Evolution

Psychotherapy Growth may update, restructure, rename, bundle, or modify services and pricing at any time.

These changes apply to new clients.

Existing clients will remain under their current agreement unless voluntarily transitioned.

11. Limitation of Liability

Psychotherapy Growth is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Revenue declines
• Performance outcomes
• External platform changes

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid in the previous three (3) months.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing any Psychotherapy Growth service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us.

You must contact support@psychotherapygrowth.com and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

You acknowledge that:

• Services are intangible and begin immediately after purchase
• Payments are non-refundable once services have started
• Chargebacks without valid cause constitute a breach of these Terms

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

• Services may be immediately suspended
• You remain responsible for any outstanding balance
• We may submit evidence of agreement, service delivery, and communication

If the dispute is resolved in our favor, you agree to reimburse any associated fees and costs.

13. Collections and Recovery of Funds

If any payment is unpaid, reversed, or disputed without valid cause, Psychotherapy Growth reserves the right to recover the amount.

This may include:

• Use of third-party collections agencies
• Legal action where necessary

You agree to be responsible for:

• Outstanding balances
• Collection fees
• Legal fees
• Administrative costs

Interest may be applied to overdue balances where permitted by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

15. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
