Rank Growth Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Psychotherapy Growth’s Rank Growth Program (“Service”).
By purchasing, subscribing, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. OverviewPsychotherapy Growth provides Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization services for psychotherapists and mental-health professionals.
The Rank Growth Program is designed to improve your local search visibility and position your practice within the Top 3 Google Business Profile results for relevant keywords.
 
2. Description of Service
Rank Growth may include:
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Citation and directory management
  • Keyword and competitor analysis
  • Monthly ranking and performance tracking
  • Local content or listing recommendations

No paid advertising or website redevelopment is included unless specified in your plan.

3. Payment Terms 
All payments are due in advance through Stripe or another approved processor.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle.
All payments are non-refundable, except as described under the Guarantee section below.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
 
4. Guarantee (Performance Commitment)Psychotherapy Growth offers a “Rank in the Top 3 or We Work for Free” performance guarantee.
 

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify:

  1. You must have an active, verified Google Business Profile with a visible address.
  2. You must provide all requested access credentials within five (5) business days of onboarding.
  3. You must not engage another SEO or marketing provider for the same location during the guarantee period.
  4. Your business must remain active and operational for the full 90-day period.
  5. The guarantee applies to markets where competitive factors make ranking within 90 days reasonably achievable.
  6. You must approve and/or implement all recommended changes (GBP edits, citation updates, on-page SEO adjustments, etc.).
Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.
 

Guarantee Timeline
The 90-day period begins once all required credentials are received (not the date of payment).

Definition of “Ranked Top 3”
Appearing within the top three Google Business Profile (map-pack) results for at least one of your core keywords (e.g., “psychotherapist near me”) within a 2 – 5 km radius of your registered address, measured using BrightLocal, SEMrush Local, or an equivalent tracking tool.

If Results Are Not Achieved
If no tracked keyword reaches the Top 3 after 90 days and all eligibility requirements were met, Psychotherapy Growth will:

  • Continue the same Rank Growth service for up to 30 additional days at no cost (“Free Work Period”), or
  • At our discretion, apply an equivalent service credit toward your next renewal
  • No cash refunds are offered. The Free Work Period will not exceed 30 days.

Guarantee Limitations
The guarantee does not apply if:

  • Your GBP is penalized, suspended, or restricted by Google.
  • Your business relocates, rebrands, or changes its service area during the period.
  • Major Google algorithm or policy changes materially alter ranking visibility.
  • You fail to provide timely access or approve recommendations.
5. Client Responsibilities 

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business data (name, address, phone, hours).
  • Maintain NAP consistency across all directories.
  • Respond to requests for access or approvals promptly.
  • Avoid hiring other SEO vendors for the same listing during the engagement.

Delays or non-cooperation void any performance guarantee.

6. Cancellation Policy 
To cancel, email support@psychotherapygrowth.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle.
Partial-month or retroactive refunds are not provided.
Upon cancellation, previously created citations and optimizations remain yours but will no longer be maintained.
 
7. Limitation of Liability 

Psychotherapy Growth is not liable for:

  • Business or revenue losses, or
  • Changes to Google’s algorithm or local-ranking systems.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid during the preceding three (3) months.
 
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
 
9. Modifications
Psychotherapy Growth may update these Terms at any time.
 Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
