Psychotherapy Growth Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in any services, programs, subscriptions, or consulting provided by Psychotherapy Growth (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to Rank Growth, SEO Growth, Ads Growth, WebGrowth, and related digital marketing services. By purchasing, subscribing, or continuing to use any Psychotherapy Growth service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Psychotherapy Growth provides digital marketing and growth services tailored for psychotherapists, therapists, and mental health professionals. Services may include local SEO, paid advertising management, website design and development, search engine optimization, analytics setup, conversion optimization, and strategic consulting. Services may vary depending on the plan selected.

2. Description of Service

Rank Growth

Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization services intended to improve local visibility and map-pack rankings. May include:
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Citation and directory management
  • Keyword and competitor analysis
  • Local SEO recommendations
  • Monthly performance tracking

SEO Growth

Search engine optimization services focused on improving organic visibility and website structure. May include:
  • Technical SEO audits
  • Keyword research
  • On-page optimization
  • Internal linking and content recommendations
  • Backlink strategy implementation
  • Reporting and analytics setup
SEO Growth does not guarantee rankings, traffic volume, or revenue outcomes.

Ads Growth

Paid advertising management services for platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and related advertising networks. May include:
  • Campaign setup and optimization
  • Keyword research
  • Ad copywriting
  • Conversion tracking configuration
  • Landing page recommendations
  • Performance reporting
Advertising performance depends on market conditions, competition, budgets, and platform policies. Results are not guaranteed.

WebGrowth

Website design and development services delivered according to the selected package scope. May include:
  • Custom website design
  • Frontend development
  • Content integration
  • Analytics setup
  • Basic SEO setup where specified
Website packages include a defined number of revisions as outlined in the purchased plan. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance through Stripe or another approved payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle. All payments, including setup fees, onboarding fees, and subscription charges, are considered compensation for time, expertise, platform access, and service preparation. Because work begins immediately after purchase, payments are non-refundable once services have started, except where explicitly stated under a specific program guarantee. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not entitle you to refunds for past payments or partial billing periods. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Performance Guarantees

Performance guarantees apply only to services where explicitly stated.

Rank Growth Guarantee

Psychotherapy Growth offers a “Rank in the Top 3 or We Work for Free” performance commitment under specific eligibility conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:
  • You must maintain an active, verified Google Business Profile with a visible address.
  • Required access credentials must be provided within five (5) business days of onboarding.
  • You must not engage another SEO provider for the same location during the guarantee period.
  • Your business must remain active and operational.
  • Recommended changes must be approved or implemented.
Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.

Guarantee Timeline

The 90-day period begins once all required credentials are received.

Definition of Ranked Top 3

Appearing within the top three Google Business Profile results for at least one core keyword within a 2 – 5 km radius, measured using BrightLocal, SEMrush Local, or equivalent tracking tools.

If Results Are Not Achieved

Psychotherapy Growth may:
  • Continue services for up to 30 additional days at no cost, or
  • Apply a service credit toward renewal.
No cash refunds are offered.

Guarantee Limitations

The guarantee does not apply if:
  • Google suspends or penalizes your listing
  • You relocate or rebrand
  • Major algorithm or policy changes occur
  • Access or approvals are delayed
No performance guarantees apply to SEO Growth, Ads Growth, WebGrowth, or consulting services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain consistent business details across platforms
  • Provide access credentials promptly
  • Respond to requests for approvals
  • Avoid hiring competing SEO providers during Rank Growth guarantee periods
Delays or non-cooperation may impact results or void guarantees.

6. Advertising Platform Policies (Ads Growth)

Psychotherapy Growth is not responsible for:
  • Ad account suspensions
  • Policy violations caused by client content
  • Platform algorithm changes
  • Fluctuations in ad performance, traffic, or lead volume
Advertising budgets are separate from service fees unless otherwise specified.

7. Website Delivery Terms (WebGrowth)

Website timelines depend on timely feedback and approvals. Revision limits are defined within each package. Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges. Once a website is approved or launched, future redesign requests are treated as new projects.

8. Cancellation Policy

To cancel any subscription service, email support@psychotherapygrowth.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Partial-month or retroactive refunds are not provided. Optimizations, citations, or assets created remain yours but will no longer be maintained after cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Psychotherapy Growth is not liable for business losses, revenue declines, or outcomes influenced by external platforms or market conditions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid during the preceding three (3) months.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada. The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

11. Modifications

Psychotherapy Growth may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
